We’ll provide you with your closing package to review ahead of time so you can be prepared with your funds for closing and become familiar with the documents to be signed. During closing, we’ll be sure to address any questions you have during the signing process. If you are obtaining a mortgage on the property, we will review your lender’s closing package with you as well.
The cost is minimal and is only paid once. There are no renewal premiums, and there’s no expiration date on the policy. The protection lasts as long as you – or your heirs – maintain an interest in the property. It’s security that lasts.
